It is of utmost importance for the USD 457 School Board to elect me, a young, progressive minority candidate, to serve our minority-majority community. Representation matters, and having a diverse board is crucial in fostering an inclusive and equitable education system that meets the needs of all students. As a member of the minority community myself, I bring firsthand experience and a unique perspective that will help address the specific challenges and opportunities faced by our diverse student population.
