I was elected to the Coalition for Juvenile Justice Executive Board

The Emerging Leaders Chair is also a Coalition for Juvenile Justice Executive Board member, making me an official Executive Board Member for the 2023-2026 term.

Firstly, it will provide me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of at-risk youth, allowing me to advocate effectively for their support and inclusion in our school system. Additionally, my involvement will enable me to access valuable resources, best practices, and networking opportunities that can enhance our district's strategies for addressing juvenile justice issues and promoting positive outcomes for all students.
